Even worse: middle management tried to find excuses and the GM did not even respond to my mails. I spent months at this place in the early 2000 and was always happy, last stay (first stay after the rebranding) was however a complete disappointment.
Complete disapointment? - Yes this hotel became a whole big disappointment (see my comment further up)!
Regarding breakfast: Do they give again the free breakfast? And what about the welcome cocktail which was given in the good old days?
When I was there about one year ago, they did not give anything. And breakfast as a Plat amenity was not even full breakfast. So, back to the old rules?
