The baggage drop counters usually still require you to locate your PNR using the kiosk so your bag tag can be printed (and so they can collect payment as appropriate). So yes, you can just go to the bag drop counter.
Thanks for the help, then what's the difference between baggage drop-off counter and normal check-in counter?
Baggage drop off counter -> for the people who checked in online & have luggage
Normal Check-in counter ->for the people who Didn't/Did check in online, have/don't have luggage
