However, I got the feeling that service went down the drain. We had quite a few severe issues (like a lost reservation and a forgotten booking for a transfer). Even worse: middle management tried to find excuses and the GM did not even respond to my mails. I spent months at this place in the early 2000 and was always happy, last stay (first stay after the rebranding) was however a complete disappointment.
