Started the evening with Olifant & CLUB Soda; moved on to a 1997 St. Supéry Meritage with a beautifully marbled boneless rib steak, with oiled potatoes & fresh green salad, and finished with a 2001 Chateau Potelle VGS Mt Veeder Cab. I've almost forgotten the lousy boss I work for.
