Empress, are you seriously suggesting that someone call that 1-866... number? They are completely useless - unless you need them to reset your PIN for online access. They are an outsourced entity that doesn't work with IBM nor AC. As is still typical with AC and Aeroplan, you must make a minimum of 3 or more calls to get a correct or satisfactory answer to many enquiries or concerns.
