I would urge anyone who is interested in getting their frustrations heard at DL to search the internet for AMEX executive e-mail addresses.

Contact AMEX and explain your frustrations, especially if you are an AMEX card member who feels that the value of carrying that card has been reduced by the Sky Club skulduggery.

Ask that they pass your message on to Delta management.
