They needed 8 economy pax, offered 700$ voucher, 10$ meal voucher and next flight.
We were a group of five and since we didn't check in online the day before, we had no seats in the first place. So naturally we took the offer, rather than becoming Involuntary Denied Boarding.

We where routed through FRA with a long layover and recieved 20€ in meal vouchers in FRA. 9 h delay total and still missing a bag since the UA agents wrote STR instead of FRA on our baggage tags.
We also misinformed about the validity of the vouchers, despite asking three times if they where valid on all *A carriers, getting a yes each time.
Our fare was also changed to Y from V.
