Economy Comfort has been a nice addition. It's humane legroom.

The business has changed over the years and RA has figured out how to make a profit where people are looking to pay as little as possible for travel. Despite the changes for the worse, we still fly them. If all these unhappy travelers left DL, my upgrade percentage would be better than what it is.

RA at least knows how to make the right impression to the employees and loyal customers by flying coach or by flying in the jump seat. There are many executives who demand that they get every perk available to them.
