I had one that failed twice, the third time the CSR tried it, and failed again. Then she tried one more time and it went thru.
Could be. I have order another one and waiting for it to come. I will try that once it arrives and then see give a try to the older one again. Its kinda pain to drive to walmart and realise one of the cards just does not work ...ehhh...will update.
