The most obvious answer is Pin load at Walmart, but it is 20min drive away, not feasible for me. I guess Amazon Payment is another, but I have to type 5 cards each month, which is hassle. Besides, it can't scale up with $1K monthly limit.

Very constrained question but thanks for any input.
