OK, I am a low-level manufacture spender. My strategy, if it can be called one, is InK->bank GC@Staple->VR@CVS->BB, just as Frequent Miler once discussed (http://boardingarea.com/blogs/freque...they-worth-it/).

The most inconvenient part is VR@CVS. Firstly, my local stores have the $1K/visit limit. Also, it is awkward to swipe five $200 Visa GC when there is a long line behind you and you have to sign for each card. what's the better way to liquidate those $200 bank GCs? The most obvious answer is Pin load at Walmart, but it is 20min drive away, not feasible for me. I guess Amazon Payment is another, but I have to type 5 cards each month, which is hassle. Besides, it can't scale up with $1K monthly limit.
