I have two charge offs reporting on my credit report that is preventing my credit from improving. My current credit does not improve higher than 690. I currently hold Amex gold personal, Amex SPG and now approved for an Amex Business card. Chase Declined my application for two chase cards due to the charge offs. Does anyone know how to remove these charge offs or am i doomed lol
