I was under the impression most (all?) fees are waived if you're gold but was told today that reissuing a ticket (to add an infant, comfort seat perhaps others) attracts a £30 fee.

In my case I booked a redemption prior to a new arrival, and later made changes to include said minor in the booking.

Is this new?
