A good seat, reasonable food, disappointing IFE (unless you're on a Thales equipped a/c where it's decent as long as you only have a couple of sectors every other month)

The smoking issue is obviously not BA specific and as someone else says, it will be interesting to see if LHR have taken any measures in the new T2 to address the matter.

Do 1/5 people really smoke!? If so provisions should certainly be made
