Interesting point. I'm certainly guilty of announcing that I've secured an upgrade via social media. However I would be surprised if any CX staff, family or friends would say "I booked an ID90 in Y on CX and thank you XXX for upgrading me to J". In any case, we can be fairly certain that CX staff will be issued with a warning about this since they are monitoring our conversations.
