It can be a system glitch...I know something happened on the last statement since AP stopped giving 5%. Not sure on other "Internet Purchases". Hopefully, not for the MR, but since I don't have AMEX charge, I can't tell.
I'm not sure why its important that "you" think its excessive. If its within the T&Cs of the then what place is it for someone else to judge? As for the greedy comment. I think you throw that offensive word out there pretty quickly and freely. Its a rude way to converse with fellow FF'ers and also very judgmental (thats not a very good thing to be, btw)
