Well, you are taking more risks if you abuse the system instead of taking advantage of the system.
So...why are you the authority on what's 'abuse/excessive' versus what's just 'taking advantage'? I'm sure many people would say that buying ANY VR is 'abuse'. How about if I buy 1000 VR and a candy bar...that's not 100% churning, so is that not excessive? And why should my other purchases have anything to do with it? If I charge $10k in VR, that has the same impact regardless of whether I charged $20k or $0 in other stuff.
