Woho... finally got an answer.

Oh, well. Here is what they wrote me back:

Your account is blocked because it popped up an alert in our system due to an unusual number of quotations/pricings in our website, specifically 593 in total (419 on May 21st and 174 on May 22nd). We would like to understand why you made so many quotations/pricings in a single day?

So, its not allowed to search for air tickets? Are they kidding me?
Beware out there. DO NOT search for many award trips or they will put a lock on your account until you explain why...
