I just loaded $1000 in Chase Gift Cards this morning at Walmart...no issue. The Kiosk was down, but there was no line at the MoneyCenter and the person who helped me knew what she was doing and how to split the transaction across two cards. Whole process actually took a lot shorter than if I used the kiosk.
