London would be either the Meridian or the Sheraton Park Lane, where we'd stay for 2 nights.

On the way over, I would stop at Bodiam castle, and then grab lunch in Benenden.
On the way back, I might want to stop in Royal Tunbridge Wells if time permits, but at least grab dinner as I mostly do in Stowting, since that puts me very close to Folkestone.
