I've chatted to two BS managers, and they were both very receptive to ideas and comments. One indicated that the hot buffet wasn't up to their usual standard, and that changes were coming once the kitchens were refitted.
I would urge others to have a chat with them too, rather than only leaving comments in the book or online.
I didn't notice anyone who looked like management on my last visit, but how do you identify them?
