They are certainly making improvements, and I think it's very important that we acknowledge the positives. It must be a demoralising place to work at the moment.

I've chatted to two BS managers, and they were both very receptive to ideas and comments. One indicated that the hot buffet wasn't up to their usual standard, and that changes were coming once the kitchens were refitted.

I would urge others to have a chat with them too, rather than only leaving comments in the book or online.
