Maybe I am just getting old and grumpy (ok no maybe). What irks me is that businesses are so fast to say "you are important to us" etc and then do not follow it through with action.

If I buy a service from a low cost organisation that does not push their customer service then I do not expect great customer service.

Oh well, I will now wait and see how long it takes them to respond.

Agree Star Alliance Gold = BA Silver - and thats what I aim to retain each year.
