Hi AddictedTraveller. Yes, I found the same in that reward flights booked through ba.com (so ticketed by BA) on CX and KA metal did show on my BA app and were listed on the BAEC website. Obvioulsy there was no ability to choose seats or get a boarding pass for these flights though on the app/BAEC site.

AY flights booked on AY website will not show on the app or be listed in your bookings on the BAEC site.
