Quick lounge access question:

My folks are flying USAir PHL>ORD in F, and then Asiana ORD>ICN in J (the flight to ICN was booked through USair, operated by OZ). Will they have access to the SAS lounge at ORD T5? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but I've only been to T5 a handful of times (and all of those times I was flying SkyTeam, not *A) so I just want to confirm. Thanks!
