--Lounge was busy for breakfast, but we didn't find it to be that bad. We always managed to find a spot where we could sit close to each other. Muhammad in the lounge was very friendly and helpful. The food was fine for us: cereals, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, mini muffins.

--Confusing as to who was eligible for lounge access:

Day 1: Asked for our room number and number of people. I said four, the lounge attendant (LA) said only two were allowed; I said I thought my kids were included; LA asked the ages of my kids (16 & 12); LA responded that was fine.

Day 2-4: Asked only for our room number.

Day 5: Asked for our room number and number of people. I said four, with two kids. LA asked for ages of kids and said the 12 year old was fine, but there was a $15 charge for the 16 year old. I expressed confusion, but said ok.

Day 6-10: Asked only for our room number.

We were charged the $15 fee for the one day.

--It would be nice if they could have a bit more variety with the lounge offerings in the evenings.

--No issues with housekeeping.

--Our room was on the 37th floor.

--We were offered late check out, but couldn't take advantage of it.
Sounds like you are there during weekdays?

Lounge seems more crowded over weekends, but then there is no attendent and the door can be opened with the room key. So many people in and out so the door is pratically open most of the time.
