Rimowa Salsa Air corner damage
Last week during a transatlantic flight the Rimowa I checked in came out with a big dent in one of the upper corner. A United agent was very good at dealing with the damaged luggage claim. I believe they will repair it and send it back to me. I'm wondering if the integrity of the corner has been compromised. It seems like the corner would be weaker. Anyone with advice? It was an expensive purchase and I'm okay with scratches and small dents but this is excessive. If I am worried about my luggage can I refuse the repair and ask for a replacement?
