OK, there are conflicting statements now, "No need to even deal with TWOV" vs. "The transfer procedure is TWOV".

But, regardless of what it is called, do all agree that I can go to a desk for international transfers in PEK T3, and go happily on my way without even taking that train to the other half of T3?
