ne52, I see that your replacement kit (with corrected address) was included in the list to the printing vendor two weeks ago. (Our batch orders for kits go every 14 days.) The kits take about 4 weeks from that file being sent to actually mailing out, so let me know by PM in the first half of July if it hasn't shown up.

I have no issues receiving any other other mail, including stuff from Amtrak that was hand addressed. The agents claim multiple packages were sent to me. Reading everything else here, I would assume that the contractor is throwing everything out that doesn't "verify" without a second look.

Basically all I'm getting out of Select is 25 extra points. Assuming that I will never receive a Select Plus package either really takes away any incentive to qualify for that tier.
