I had a quick look around but couldn't find this answer - I'm new to using partners to accrue avios (admittedly, when I found Malaysian as the cheapest in October I signed up with their own programme but since realised they were good to go on oneworld when I flew in May so changed to my BA number).

BA Exec Club have advised my fare was invalid for collecting avios but I don't understand why - their table doesn't make much sense to me as I can't see where on my booking I'd look to see the type of economy flight (I can only see "economy") not the sub-class/category

Questions:
How/Where would I check to see it's K/L/M/V/S (Economy) in the future?

Do you recon I'd have much chance in getting it removed from BA exec and added to Malaysia's scheme? I really like SE Asia to may actually end up flying from LHR to KLIA quite a bit to make it worth it when I can't get avios.
