Yes, but since the card doesn't report to the personal credit bureaus anyway, some people will want to cancel it anyway (with no hit to utilization, AAoA, etc.) to free up a "slot" for another Chase card, like an Ink Bold or Ink Classic (to get additional sign-up bonuses).
