He was yelled at and separated from his family for an hour at Canadian customs coming into Canada. I feel his pain....but if you have self vested interest in canada, you dont really have a choice but fly whatever carrier to canada....but usa is just an option to enter canada....and id rather not take that 2nd option....too personal but as i have mentioned, never again transit via usa. Even if i have to pay an extra 1k for economy flying with AC. over cheaper american carriers..thinking about it now is very upsetting to me....
