Actually I would think it is 45k miles and 20k MQMs. Based on previous experiences with the card, the wording sounds like the first 25k bonus is 20k miles and 5k mqm, and the next 30k bonus is comprised of 15k miles and 15k mqm.

Sounds like the same offer I got when I picked up my DL Reserve card several years ago.
