If your husband has a "thing" about being near the toilets, then yes, the row 11 seats are probably too near the toilets for him.

Those toilets are for business so you won't even have access to them. They draw a curtain but you usually get business passengers popping through in front of you on their way to/from the Left side seats in the business cabin. Or just standing there in front of you, chatting away and getting in the way of the crew, so that they disturb you instead of the business passengers.
