Hello, does anyone know if there is a dedicated Customer Services for Emirates' frequent flyers? I am currently going through procedure following my baggage being lost and then it eventually getting to me but with 8kg of my things stolen from it and the bag relabelled. The customer service i have received has been absolutely appalling and after flying with Emirates for years and flying nearly 30,000 miles with them this year alone i expect more.

I was actually told to 'stop talking and stop the drama' by an Emirates groundstaff member on the phone today.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
