One of my colleagues got an email offer for this card with fee waived first year. When I tried to use the link, I noticed that his name and address were pre-printed on the app and couldn't be changed, and no RSVP code, so I couldn't use it. Anyone else get this? I'm not sure why I haven't gotten it as I'm RC Gold and have 3 Chase cards in my name.
