It seems like very poor planning to announce this downgrade without giving us something we might want to aspire to!
If there was a great pot of gold at the end of the 10K spend rainbow and it was worth the spend, then United would be better off in the PR department.
Does anyone there even think about such things?? or better yet, give a hoot??
