Do we get PQD bonuses by fare class or status level? (Probably not but doesn't hurt to ask).

Also more importantly.. does PQD cover my entire spend on United tickets? What if I buy a ticket for myself and my parents at the same time. Will I get PQD for the entire amount? I should as I am the one spending the money with United.
