I having trouble getting the 42.5K
A North American saver RT + stopover should be 35K
Three OWs 12.5+10(YVR-MFR is under 700 miles)+12.5 is also 35K
Saver RT with one leg in F (or one leg standard economy) and stopover is 12.5K more @ 47.5K

that's an easy one -- maybe and maybe. inventory management is one of the great mysteries of air travel -- They know and we will never know, only speculate.
Saver awards to tend to return a reasonable percent of the time in the last few days before travel.
