Why can't Hertz tell the difference between miles and kilometers? When I drive from the USA to Canada in a vehicle registered in Canada that measures distance in kilometers, please charge me per kilometer not per mile.

The worst part . . . when I call to complain the average customer service rep can't understand the difference.
