Sure there is a strip club there, but there is also a Costco. Not sure if I've ever seen a Costco in a "bad" part of town, on the East Coast at least.
No one ever said "Bad", gophil. The comment was "not a great part of town".
If you think it's fine, I guess we have different standards. And, by the way the food at the Costco is good, as well.
