HKT is a particularly good example, because it's well-served by TG, yet I have never been able to get .bomb to sell me a ticket on TG going there! I have had to purchase separate BKK-HKT tickets from TG directly (and been stung before by UA irrops getting me into BKK over a day late and missing my separate TG flights, too).
