Gross Qantas incompetence

I phoned Qantas to book a DONE4.
I have AA EXP status and QF Silver status, I will have QF Platinum status by the end of July. Each year I make multiple international and domestic business class trips.
After waiting 54 minutes Qantas answered and I explained my routing to the lady, she objected to most of it through her own ignorance. I have booked the same routing twice before in the past 12 months through Qantas.

She was unable to get a pricing and so asked to phone me back, when she called back she quoted me the price ex Aus even though I start in JNB. When I pointed that out to her she said the ticket is priced from where I phone from. I said that isn't correct and she got abrasive with me saying that she is doing her job. I then hung up on her after having spent a total of 90 minutes trying to deal with Qantas

Ten minutes later I received an irate voicemail message from her supervisor repeating the same garbage.

I have spent nearly two hours trying to get a ticket booked with Qantas, a DONE4 ticket, and I have not made any progress.

I am phoning their complaints department tomorrow, there wasn't even an offer to recheck the rules from Qantas. They kept telling me that I am wrong.
