Hi there - te airlines tells me I cant leave and need to be in the airport eventhough I am an Indian Citizen! If I leave I need to take my baggage with me check-out then re-check in again after that BUT they will reduce my check-in baggage allowance by 10 KILOS!!!

So now...first of all how will they know I left?
Second, can they do that (reduce my allowance)
Third, If i stay in the terminal what do i dod for 12 hours?
