Does Chase send new cards internationally, and can I ask for it to be expedited?
I am interested in the new Ink 60K promotion, but I am in China now and will be for the next 2 months. It would make it much easier to meet the spending requirement if I have the card with me soon-ish. Would Chase send the new card to an international address if I ask them? And will they expedite it?

I imagine I'd first apply online regularly, and then call up the recon line right away to ask them about sending it overseas.
