This must mean that their search criteria = MP/RI load + even one bill pay, sorted chronologically. I know this because out of my 3 accounts, 2 were closed just with one load and one bill pay. One account was open for even less than 2 weeks. My other account was created first, had two bill pay and two loads and received the dispute form the first among the three.
Think about the scope of the operation. The accounts were closed with like even one bill pay. Or perhaps they all share one referral?
