I used to think that the store selling MPs with CCs takes the biggest hit in the whole chain but it seems that the prepaid company takes a hit as well when we load MPs.
Looks like they perform periodic analytics to purge unprofitable customers.. I imagine that they will be improving the systems to catch unprofitable customers faster. So these things will become very short term plays. Is MO the way to go rather than bothering with cards that offer bill pay?
