called cause i only got the dispute page when i logged in. told them i wanted to close account. told me i had to send in some documents and was put on hold for the CSR to find out what documents i needed. When she came back she said I didn't need to send anything in and a Research Dept. would be contacting me in 24-48hrs. This happen to anyone else?
