I'd be interested in hearing about anyone who succeeds in reopening the account after faxing in DL and uti bill. I have no problem faxing in my receipts. Could say that it was debit. Wonder if I can reopen my account after satisfying their request.
Been very anxious over the weekend as my 2k bill payment was pending from Thursday but looks like it just got posted on Citi.
On a side note, it might be understandable if they start cracking down on this. Seems like a perfect way to ML: cash--RI--AN. If that's true, faxing in receipts of RI paid with cards might not be a bad idea...
