Nah. I don't owe the airport Securitate and the airline no explanation beyond that I transport goods within compliance with the "safe and dangerous goods" guideline.
Swipes and secondaries? Sure, I cannot avoid those and don't think and should be able to avoid them .... but anything worth being called trouble? Not once and I always travel with a substantial amount of machinery.
